CHEMPHARM offers pre engineered Plastic Coated Galvanized Iron (PCGI) sheets, Stainless steel sheets as well as in other material of construction. These panels are available in both types Progressive & Non-progressive suitable for Clean rooms & Shelters. Panels are formed using two steel sheets with PUF being injected in it supported by connecting profiles made out of extruded ‘H’ type aluminium profiles. Ultra modern manufacturing  machines including roll forming, PUF injector & PUF presses are being used in the state of the art manufacturing unit. The complete process of injection is microprocessor controlled to ensure precise quality, specially engineered jigs are used to facilitate proper binding  between the metal cladding and expanding foam. Regular quality checks, ensure the highest standard of quality.

Doors & Windows

CHEMPHARAM  insulated doors & windows are ideal for applications where hygiene, temperatures control & reliability are of utmost importance. These are available with Pre Coated PUF insulated sheets and suitable for ambient Temperatures, chillers, freezers, Blast Chiller and Blast Freezer applications. Doors have thermally broken surround channels for low temperature applications. Face mounted, complete with door reveal  linings, nylon fixing bolts & floor guide fixing bolts. Low voltage frame & threshold heaters for all low temperature doors. Gaskets offered depends on track selection & temperature applications. Vision panel offered with single or dual glazed polycarbonate. Kick plates are either extruded aluminium profiles / stainless steel or PVC along-with doors with all internal safety release etc.
